For sponsors with branded challenges, we recommend a prize of $2500 for the winning team. This prize amount is not included in your sponsorship amount. Sponsors will have the opportunity to influence the winner of their branded challenge.

SWAG

"Swag" or gifts to be included in our hacker bags are optional, but highly encouraged. If you are not sure what type of swag or giveaway to offer, we can help. According to a survey of past hackathon's participant, our community loved usefull gifts like a multi-purpose tools, earphones, powerbanks. Please share your plans with us to avoid duplicated or oversized giveaway.

Workshops

Depending on your sponsorship level, you company may be participating in our workshop series. Workshops logistics should be finalized as soon as possible in order to be properly promoted and planned for leading up to the event.

NOTE: Sponsors will work with the Hacking Arts hackathon leads to determine the best topic, instructor(s) and resources for the workshop.

Depending on your sponsorship level, your sponsorship includes a braded space on the tech expo. The layout of the expo room will be determined based on the number of exhibitors and sponsors.

Based on last year’s layout, sponsors can plan for a 7x7ft space.

If you already have a larger exhibit you’d like to use or would like to request additional space, we will do our best to accommodate.
